Baked Chicken Mushroom Tofu
Ingredients :
2 pieces of KONG KEE silk tofu
enough champignon mushrooms, cut into small pieces
1 egg
2 tsp chicken stock powder
enough salt
enough pepper
grated cheese for topping
100 gr minced chicken
Steps:

Puree tofu silk

Mix the minced chicken, eggs, mushroom pieces, eggs, stock powder, salt and pepper together. Mix well

Pour batter into aluminum foil bowls for one-time servings, or pyrex pans

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the dough

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (I use an electric oven) for 25 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from the oven. Let it simmer until it's not too hot, and the tofu becomes a bit firm.
