Tofu Oyster Sauce
Ingredients :
1 piece KONG KEE egg tofu (cut into 2 and fried)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 btr garlic
1 pc onion (coarsely sliced)
3 pcs cayenne pepper
1 sausage (thinly sliced)
enough broccoli
1 tbsp sugar
enough salt
enough pepper powder
enough flavoring
enough soy sauce
enough water
Steps:

Sauté the garlic, onions and chilies until fragrant

Add oyster sauce and soy sauce, then add broccoli, sausage and ground pepper, salt, flavoring and sugar

Next, enter the tofu that has been fried, stir and pour in the water, stir again for a while, let it soak, remove and serve
